OUR SURESTART
PROGRAM
SureStart's 15-week international curriculum integrates AI education into the Grade 6 IB Middle Years Programme, covering AI fundamentals, generative AI, app development, and key life skills.
Dr. Taniya Mishra, SureStart's CEO, leads with support from Leonardo Neves, a Harvard teaching fellow, and XCL World Academy faculty trained by SureStart. The curriculum features AI career pathway seminars led by industry experts and concludes with Innovation Capstone Projects presented at the Create-a-thon finale, evaluated by distinguished judges for practical application and impact.

SureStart boasts an expansive network of 20,000 students worldwide, including over 500 individuals who have completed AI-focused programs in partnership with renowned institutions like MIT RAISE, Break Through AI at Cornell Tech, and Carnegie Mellon University, among others.
Former SureStart high school students now excel at leading tech universities such as MIT, Cornell, and UC Berkeley. College-aged trainees have secured prestigious internships at tech giants like Amazon, Snap, and Google.
One student's project, initiated during SureStart, even earned the 2023 Congressional Medal for Youth. SureStart is excited to collaborate with XCL World Academy in Singapore to launch the region's first AI-focused curriculum for Grade 6 international school students.
