Shared Expertise Across Schools
Being part of a network of schools creates opportunities to share what works. XCL Education facilitates collaboration on curriculum development, teacher training, and quality assurance across its schools. Best practices identified in one school can be adapted and applied elsewhere.
For XWA, this means access to a broader pool of educational expertise than a standalone school could maintain. It also means consistent standards for teaching quality and student wellbeing across the group.
XCL Education also runs group-wide programmes that give students and families access to experiences beyond their own campus. Two examples are the XCL Dialogues speaker series and the XCL Camps holiday programme.
XCL Camps
XCL Camps runs holiday programmes during school breaks, covering areas from coding and robotics to arts, drama, sports, and languages. Camps are hosted on XCL school campuses, including XWA, and are open to students from across the group as well as the wider community. For families, this provides a convenient option for school holidays, with programmes delivered on familiar campuses by vetted providers.
