XCL World Academy is a family-oriented international school in Singapore. We offer comprehensive sibling family discounts for families with multiple children.

Proration of Tuition Fees
For new families, tuition fees are prorated on a monthly basis if students begin their course after the academic semester has commenced. Note that students will be billed for the month they start school, regardless of the start date within that month.

Sibling Discount
Any sibling (brother or sister by birth or adoption) of another child (“Previous Sibling”) who is enrolled at XCL World Academy will enjoy the applicable sibling discounts.
Newly enrolled siblings (brother or sister by birth or adoption) of any child already enrolled at XCL World Academy will receive a 100% discount on the enrolment fee.
Sibling discount will be determined in descending age order (for both simultaneous and sequential enrolments). The 1st child is the one in the family who is applying to or enrolled in the highest grade at XCL World Academy. 2nd and subsequent children are defined in descending order of class seniority of children attending XCL World Academy.
Important note: Should your child be awarded a scholarship or any other concession on fees, sibling discounts will no longer apply.
Monthly Payment Plans
Families can use the Individual Payment Plan (IPP) to pay for a full semester of international school fees over six months at 0% interest (interest-free) using OCBC credit cards.
Development Fee
The Development Fee is a mandatory component of the annual school fees. The development fee is an investment in your child’s learning environment. It allows us to maintain a world-class campus and teaching and learning resources. It specifically funds:
• State-of-the-art classroom technology and high-speed infrastructure.
• Upgrades to our sports, arts, and specialised learning spaces.
• It ensures that the tools our students and teachers use remain at the cutting edge.
• The continuous maintenance of a safe and modern campus.
• Ensuring teachers and students always have access to the latest education technology and resources.
Please note that the school fee presentation changed for families enrolling from August 2026 onwards. Whilst the presentation is different, the total annual school fees amount is the same for all families.
All charges are expressed in Singapore dollars. Payment may be made by:

Tuition fees exclude transportation, uniforms, EAL fees, optional enrichment activities and miscellaneous fees. Tuition Fees will become due upon signing of Student Contract and must be paid on or before the due date for the payment as stipulated on the invoice to secure the student’s place at the school.
