Tammy has extensive leadership experience as a Principal, Superintendent, and Chief Education Officer. With a career spanning teaching and administration in the US and internationally, she has been recognised with the US Best Middle School Award for Student Advocacy and California’s Gold Green Ribbon Award. She is also an avid surfer and yoga enthusiast.

Justin Kirby has extensive international teaching and leadership experience, having worked across eight countries. He holds a B.Ed from the University of Regina, an M.Sc.in Education from Walden University, and a Certificate in School Leadership from Harvard University. Outside the classroom, Justin has played American football and is also a professional disc golfer.

Born and raised in Southern California, Maria has lived and worked across the United States, Europe, Asia, and now Singapore. She holds advanced qualifications in psychology, curriculum and instruction, ESL, and school leadership, and is currently also pursuing her doctorate with a focus on literacy. A passionate educator, she also is a proud mother to three kids who have all completed the IB Diploma Programme.

Originally from Scotland, Mark has lived and worked in Scotland, England, Australia, and Singapore. He holds multiple degrees from the University of Queensland, including a Master of Educational Studies, and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard. Mark is also an avid sports enthusiast, with a passion for football and golf.
