Educational Positions Admin Positions Teacher Partner (FEP) XCL World Academy has a vacancy for the school year 2024-2026 for a Teacher Partner to assist students from Grade 6 to 9. This is a full time 2-year contract position. Main Responsibilities A Teacher Partner would directly work with students supporting the teachers on a daily basis with the educational program and lead classroom duties such as assisting Homeworks, organizing folders, notifying parents on updates of students and assisting students during activities and breaks. Director of Technology & Innovation XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit a Director of Technology & Innovation. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership and management of the IT operations, processes and controls across the organization, as well as supporting the academic innovation and collaboration with XCL Education group. The IT Director will oversee the IT infrastructure, hardware, systems, security, policies and programs, and supervise the IT staff. As a member of the extended leadership team, the IT Director will develop and implement the IT strategy and vision in alignment with the school’s mission and goals. Main Responsibilities Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, hardware, systems, security and network, ensuring reliability, availability, performance and scalability. Develop and implement IT policies, standards, procedures and best practices, ensuring compliance with external and internal requirements, such as data protection, privacy, intellectual property and copyright. Enrolment Manager XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit an Enrolment Manager to support and process student’s application for a place in the school. The Enrolment Manager (EM) will undertake and facilitate the internal review of each application, make recommendations and submit for final approval. Main Responsibilities Manages the application pipeline to ensure prompt follow-up and processing of all applications, to smoothly and efficiently, facilitate admissions decisions. Responsible for engaging with other internal stakeholders (Student Support Department, Divisional offices, English as Secondary Language Department and University and Career Counsellors). Check applications for completeness and inform the Admissions Manager if there are missing information, documents, and prerequisites in support of the application before the review. Perform initial screening of the completed applications and make recommendations based on submitted information, documents, assessments, and interviews (if applicable) and submit for final review.
