The engineer works out of the ICT Office while supporting teachers and staff in their classrooms or offices. The successful incumbent will be a collaborative partner and a “backup” support to the AV support engineer for school activities and events. Main Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and support to help resolve users’ ICT, AV and hardware issues. Install, uninstall, configure and troubleshoot software and hardware on Mac, iOS devices, and PCs. Deploy, set up, and operate Smart Boards, LEDs, Projectors, and any projection-related hardware. The successful incumbent should be able to start immediately and will ensure compliance with internal and external audit processes and book keepings of both schools. Main Responsibilities Ensure invoicing is processed on time and accurately for school fees as per the invoicing timeline. Effectively liaise with the registrar department to ensure invoices are sent to students with signed student contracts. Issue receipts for fees collected via cash/bank transfer/cheque/ online and make trips to the bank to deposit the fees collected and process bank reconciliation on a weekly basis. Analyse revenue and costing for other incomes for each month-end process and review the concession postings.
